Unusual people, unusual places: Beetlejuice in the Grand Bazaar.
We brought together a Gothic cult with the most traditional fabric of Istanbul. Tim Burton's iconic film Beetlejuice universe came to life again in the mystical atmosphere of the Grand Bazaar. This editorial fashion project remained true to the raw and realistic texture of analog photography while seeking the harmony of contrasts.
Technical Details: Shot entirely on a Canon EOS 5 and Kodak Portra 400 film.
Concept: A product of a collective vision within the scope of the Istanbul Fashion Academy (IMA) project.

A Tribute to Audrey: Breakfast at Tiffany's
A tribute to the symbol of elegance. We recreated Audrey Hepburn's timeless style and the iconic scenes from Breakfast at Tiffany's with a modern interpretation. To capture that romantic and grainy atmosphere of the past, we avoided the perfection of digital technology and sought refuge in the intimacy of analog film.
Technical Details: Kodak Portra 160 film with pastel tones and vintage textures reflecting the spirit of the era.
Concept: As part of the IMA project, a concept photoshoot at the intersection of fashion and cinema.

A Christmas Story: Modern Scrooge
Oreka Studio's first editorial project. We adapted Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol to the business world of contemporary Istanbul. It's the story of Yasin Sabay, obsessed with his work and solely focused on winning, and his transition from his hideous luxury pajamas to a sharp suit; not just a style change, but a character transformation.
Story: A narrative, through fashion, of the transition from chaos to balance, from coarseness to elegance.
Role: Concept Development & Creative Management.
